Big Brother is In The (My) House

According to a recent article in the Rocky Mountain News, a district judge ruled against a couple who sued to invalidate a no-smoking rule approved by their local homeowners association. In other words, this couple went to court to fight for the right to smoke in their own home--and lost. How in their wildest imaginations could they have believed that their home "was not their castle," and that they could so easily be challenged on "what they did in the privacy of their own home"?
